1:1 Individual or Couples Psychotherapy Session
I am an Associate of Marriage and Family Therapist #126633, part of the group private practice Trauma Resolution Therapy Group, Supervised by Jason Murphy, LMFT #94486.
I consider the client an expert on their lives, and myself an advocate for their change in difficult life transitions. I use a variety of diverse psychotherapy modalities tailored to my client’s unique needs. Such modalities include, but are not limited to: Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, Gestalt, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy.

Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga
I use approaches that ignite curiosity and empower the client to explore their physical bodies using the breath as the guiding compass- I recommend 1-2 blankets used as props.
Soothing Restorative Yoga
A truly nourishing practice that resets the nervous system. Come home to the grounding and nourishing practice of embracing the support of the Earth & yoga props (we incorporate ALL of your yoga props for this practice- bolsters, blocks, strap, blankets, eye pillows) Taking Covid precautions, I cannot supply the yoga props but we may use the props you have at home.
Therapeutic Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga
A little bit of stretch, and a little bit of flow- with an emphasis on mindful movement anchored by our breath flow- stretch & open up the body using the rhythm of our breath.
Yoga for Back Pain
A specific approach to opening up and bringing attention to our lumbar spine and hips - this class may help improve pain levels and increase mobility in the spine & hips.
Yoga for Tight Shoulders
In the age of Zoom, now more than ever our upper & middle backs need some extra TLC - book a session to work out the kinks using our breath & mindful movement.
